Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 19, 2026
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs the processing and protection of information transmitted by the User while using the tunneling service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
1.2. By using the Service, the User confirms their agreement to the terms of this Policy. If the User does not agree with these terms, they must cease using the Service immediately.
2. Information Collection
2.1. While using the Service, we collect and process the minimum necessary amount of data:
- Account Data: Telegram ID (for authentication and support) and hashed passwords. Usernames are automatically and randomly generated on the Service's side.
- Payment Data: Information about payments made via cryptocurrency wallets. When paying via credit or debit cards, processing is handled entirely by third-party payment providers; the Service does not collect or store full credit card details.
2.2. Technical Data and Tunnel Telemetry: Due to the operational nature of the tunneling service, our multi-server infrastructure processes connection parameters (connection timestamps and data transfer volume) exclusively in random-access memory (RAM) for routing and load balancing purposes. The Service strictly does not collect, analyze, log, or store the history of your visited web resources (websites) or transmitted traffic content in permanent databases or temporary memory (RAM).
3. Use of Information
3.1. The Service uses the collected information exclusively to:
- ensure the uninterrupted operation of the tunneling functionality;
- communicate with the User (account notifications and technical support via Telegram);
- process payments and manage subscriptions.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
4.1. User data is stored strictly within the internal infrastructure of the Service.
4.2. The Administration does not transfer data to third parties, except in cases where:
- necessary data is shared with third-party payment providers solely to complete payment transactions successfully;
- disclosure is required pursuant to applicable law.
5. Data Storage and Security
5.1. Account and payment data are retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing.
5.2. The Administration implements reasonable technical measures (including password hashing) to protect data against unauthorized access, but cannot guarantee absolute security during transmission over the Internet.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The User understands and agrees that data transmission over the Internet inherently carries security risks.
6.2. The Administration shall not be held liable for any data loss or compromise resulting from the User's own actions (e.g., sharing Telegram account access with third parties).
7. Changes to this Policy
7.1. The Administration reserves the right to modify the terms of this Policy without prior notice.
7.2. Continued use of the Service following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read and fully accept all terms of this Privacy Policy.
